Language Assistance

Miami International Airport offers comprehensive language assistance and translation services to provide an effective and inclusive communication experience for travellers from around the world. These services aim to make the travelling experience more accessible and comfortable, especially for passengers who speak languages other than English or are hearing impaired.

Tourist Information Desks in Terminals D, E, H and J provide multilingual airport and tourist information to passengers. Interpretation and translation services are also available. The main information desk is located on the second floor of Central Terminal E, near the airport hotel. It is open daily from 06:00 to 22:00. Find locations in the airport terminal guide.

For hearing impaired passengers, TTY/TDD telephones are available throughout the terminal. In addition, the number 711 can be dialled to connect directly to the Florida Relay Service. Additional passenger help is listed in Passenger Info.

Passengers can benefit from multilingual information and guidance services via white coloured toll-free telephones located throughout the terminal. In addition, the Information Centre in Concourse E provides urgent messages and general information services.
